Begin your adventure in the early morning, creating a unique and special atmosphere from the start. Board a boat in Barra da Tijuca and head towards the islands, while the sky begins to take on incredible dawn colors.

Arrive at the ideal spot in the sea, place your boards in the water, and begin your stand-up paddle experience, paddling towards the islands as the sun rises on the horizon.

Upon reaching the Tijucas Islands, be greeted by a paradise setting of crystal-clear waters and preserved nature. Enjoy a special breakfast at sea, creating a unique connection between the group and the environment.
