• - This hike is not easy and not for people who are not active or have trouble walking. The trail has steep and uneven parts. You need to be ready to walk uphill for a long time. - Please bring at least 1.5 liters of water (a big bottle) and snacks or fruit, as there are no vendors on the trail. - Wear good walking shoes and dress lightly because the trail is mostly shaded but can be humid. - Mosquito spray is recommended in this area - The hike runs in most weather but may change if there is heavy rain.
