- Open-air grandstand with concrete steps, not individual chairs. Stairs are required; numbered places depend on the sector.
- The night parade may last until early morning.
- Pickup and return details will be confirmed before the event. Transfers run at scheduled times; no on-demand return.
- After booking, provide a reachable phone number and accommodation address.
- Bring valid photo ID and follow the ticket collection and entry instructions.
- Wear comfortable shoes and bring a light rain poncho.

- Heavy Carnival traffic and limited parking prevent vehicles from stopping at the Sambadrome entrance. You may need to walk between the pickup/drop-off point and the entrance. Consider this when booking.
