Description

Rio de Janeiro is amongst the world’s best places to practice Paragliding. Take off is from the ramp at Pedra Bonita hill which is located in Tijuca Forest National Park and stands at a height of 520 meters. You will fly above Tijuca Forest with panoramic ocean views before descending to land on the golden sands of Pepino beach in São Conrado. The flights last on average between 8-20 minutes depending on the force of the wind and other flight conditions. Before your actual flight you will take an introductory tandem paragliding lesson. You will also practice taking off before being ready to fly. At no time will anybody’s life be put at risk, we have no record of accidents. You will be informed of flight conditions and any possible hazards before take-off. We are certified members of the Brazilian Paragliding Association.
