Description
You can choose to be picked up early in the morning or in the afternoon to head to the most incredible landmark in Rio de Janeiro: The Christ the Redeemer statue on top of Corcovado Hill and beat the crowd or relax in the Hotel or at the beach and take a later tour.
Start at Copacabana Beach and pass Botafogo Beach and the Palácio Guanabara, the official residence of the State Governor. See the old mansion houses of the coffee barons in the Laranjeiras and Cosme Velho districts. Arrive at Tijuca Forest and board the vehicles of the National Park Authority at Paineiras. Then, go to the top of the Hill to see the Christ the Redeemer statue and be amazed by the magnificent landscape.
If you wish to visit Sugar Loaf, continue along Botafogo Beach to reach Praia Vermelha. Then, board the cable car to ride up Sugarloaf Mountain for a 30-minute stop to enjoy the views and its natural beauty. You can also choose to be dropped off at the same pickup point and enjoy the rest of your day.
Important note: during the months of December through March, considered the high season, please allow more time for a complete tour. Even when we do our best to avoid lines, the tour sometimes gets extended and takes more time.

- During Carnival period the afternoon part of this tour may need to be adapted and the itinerary may be changed in the last minute
- Important note: during the months of December through March, considered the high season, please allow more time for a complete tour. Even when we do our best to avoid lines, the morning tour sometimes gets extended and takes 7 to 8 hours to finish
- The 9:00am tour needs a minimum amount of people to operate. In that case travellers will have the option to reschedule or to get a full refund. Our regular hours (7:30am or 1:30pm) operate regularly
- Approximately from August 2026 until May 2027, the Corcovado venue (the Christ the Redeemer statue) will be under renovation. The tour may take longer and accessibility may be affected
